This blend has aromas of red fruits, spices, and balsamic notes. A wine with firm tannins and a persistent finish. Harvest in early March (Malbec) and mid-March (Cabernet Franc).
Cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at 24-26°C for 14 days (Cabernet Franc) and 21 days (Malbec). 30% of the blend is aged in contact with 500-liter barrels and 3,500-liter casks of medium-toast French oak for 10 months.
